Returns and Refunds
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned to their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team via email or phone. Upon contacting our team, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions for returning the item(s).
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect their original condition. If all is satisfactory, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we encourage you to contact our customer service team promptly for assistance. We will work diligently to address the issue and provide a timely replacement. For exchanges due to a different size or color preference, you should contact us to initiate the exchange process.
Non-returnable items
Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items, not for the following items:
- Shipping
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom items
You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective. If you return an item for a refund, the cost of shipping will be your responsibility.
If you receive free shipping on your original purchase and return the item(s), the refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping.
