Shipping Info

Shipping Costs: 

Shipping costs for our custom products are not listed at checkout. They will be calculated once your order is completed and placed in our system. The shipping costs will then be added to your final invoice. If you need an estimated cost, please email us with the items you want to order, quantity, and shipping address. 

Shipping Carriers: 

We utilize a variety of shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and major LTL carriers, to deliver your orders. The most suitable shipping carrier will be chosen based on factors such as size, weight, and destination of your order. 

Shipping Time: 

Stock items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days after processing the order. The timeframe may vary depending on order volume and order complexity. For large quantities or out-of-stock items, lead times may be around 2-3 weeks. If you have any questions about shipping time or need a more precise estimate, please send an email. 

Tracking Information: 

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be included on the final invoice sent to you the next morning. This information can be used to track the delivery and ensure its timely arrival. 

International Shipping: 

International shipping is available, however, orders from customers outside the United States cannot currently be processed through our online store. To place an order, please reach out to us via phone, email, or through our contact us page.
